01Who is IBETAMAC?
We are an Italian company specialized in machines for processing copper and aluminium bars and busbars. We support customers from choosing the machine all the way to after sales service.
02Where are you based?
Our operational headquarters is in Rome. From here we sell to and support customers in Italy and, progressively, across Europe.
03Do you have dealers or distributors?
No. We sell directly, without a dealer network. That way you always speak with people who truly know the machine and stand behind it.
04In which countries are your machines already running?
We have delivered around 30 machines in two years, now running at companies in Italy, Spain, and Mexico.

02Who develops the CNC control?
The CNC is developed in Italy by our own engineering team, with Siemens PLC integration. This means we can maintain and update it directly.
03How do I know which machine is right for me?
We start from your busbar: width, thickness, material, processes, and quantities. You can also send us your drawing and we will propose the most suitable configuration.
04Can I see the machine working before I buy it?
Yes. You can request a test run or a video demonstration on your own part, so you see the result before deciding.
01Do you handle the installation?
Yes. Our technicians come to you for positioning, commissioning, and testing, up to checking the first jobs.
02Is operator training included?
Yes. We train your operators directly on your machine and with your own parts, so they are independent from day one.
03What happens if the machine has a problem?
We take charge of the request, run the diagnosis remotely when the configuration allows it, and step in with spare parts or a technician at your site.
04Are spare parts, punches, and dies available?
Yes. We keep spare parts and standard tools available and make custom punches and dies to your drawing, so your production never stops.
